Former Clemson linebacker Ben Boukware was arrested Saturday afternoon on charges of driving under the influence and having an open container of beer or wine in his motor vehicle.
The report says that Boulware was arrested for driving under the influence and that his blood-alcohol level was less than 0.10. The legal limit in South Carolina is .08.
