WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan reportedly didn't list his daughter, Brooke, as a beneficiary to his $5 million estate, according to court documents filed by his son, Nick, on Tuesday (September 9).
Nick, 35, filed the documents to be named co-personal representative alongside the legendary wrestler's financial advisor Terry McCoy, claiming his father executed a will in 2016 that was amended four times, with the final adjustment being made in July 2023. Nick enlisted McCoy to handle a lawsuit filed against Hogan's longtime friend Bubba the Love Sponge in an effort to block the release of his father's sextape with Bubba's ex-wife Heather Clem, as well as other unspecified damages.
Nick sued Bubba over a planned documentary that he claimed infringed Hulk's copyrights, which was rumored to have been centered around the sex tape. Legal documents list Nick as the only heir designated to inherit his father's estate, with his widow, Melanie Sky Daily, listed as the surviving spouse.
Hulk, 71, who was estranged from Brooke during the final two years of his life, was transported via ambulance to a hospital after a 911 call indicated "cardiac arrest." The legendary wrestler died of a heart attack and had a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, according to Pinellas County Forensic Science Center records obtained by Page Six last month.
“I have zero control. I can not do anything, my hands are tied, and I have no say in anything regarding my dad — even as his daughter. Those are the rules I’ve been told,” Brooke wrote on her Instagram account in August.
