Troy Yarborough serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Agape Care Group. Agape Care, previously known as Hospice Care of South Carolina, acquired Agape Hospice in early 2020, becoming the largest hospice provider in the state of South Carolina. Agape Care Group expanded into Georgia in December of 2020 and has since grown to care for patients in 83 counties. Troy joined Hospice Care of South Carolina in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of post-acute experience to the team. He has served in a variety of healthcare leadership roles with national providers such as United Allergy, Amedisys, Harden Healthcare and Gentiva/Kindred and has a vast knowledge of the home health and hospice industry. Troy has led the growth of clinics, expansion of partnerships, and increased revenue through the development of sales and marketing strategies. His successful career span and drive has provided a foundation for success, as is evident in the current and futuristic growth and development plan for Agape Care. He was recently elected as a Trustee to Spartanburg County School District 6, continuing a family passion for quality education as his mother and wife are both life-long educators. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College in South Carolina and resides in Spartanburg with his wife Stacey and their four children.
