Former Clemson star and now Texans QB Desahun Watson says the team needs a change in it's culture.Watson and the Texans finished last in the AFC South in 2020 at 4–12, and the poor on-field performance was just one of the team’s problems.Watson tells ESPN:
"We just need new energy. We just need discipline. We need structure. We need a leader so we can follow that leader as players. That's what we need."
"We've all got to be on the same page," Watson said. "There's too many different minds, too many different ideas and too many people thinking they have this power, and it's not like that. We need someone that stands tall, and this is who we follow and this is the way it goes."
Watson is not used to losing at the level the Texans lost this season. In his college career at Clemson he had a total of 5 losses. The draft is coming up and maybe they can get Watson some help.
